Shipping Policy

At Dwell, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Free on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $24.99
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions Currently, Dwell ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations and will announce international shipping as soon as it becomes available.
Delays While we always aim to meet our delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. Dwell is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@dwellbath.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
