Open Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Customer Experience Associate — Full Time, Remote You will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every person who reaches out to Dwell walks away feeling genuinely looked after. Experience in customer support is a plus, but the right attitude matters more.

Product & Sourcing Coordinator — Full Time, Portland / Hybrid You will work closely with our sourcing team to manage supplier relationships, track production timelines, and ensure that every product that arrives at our warehouse meets the Dwell standard. Experience in textile sourcing or product development preferred.

Performance Marketing Specialist — Full Time, Remote You will own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You are data-driven, creative, and genuinely excited about turning good products into great campaigns. A strong portfolio of results is required.

Graphic Designer & Brand Creative — Part Time / Freelance, Remote You will help bring the Dwell visual identity to life across digital and print — from product photography direction and social assets to packaging and web design. A clean, editorial aesthetic and strong attention to typographic detail are essential.
