Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dwell purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any stains, odors, or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dwellbath.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@dwellbath.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@dwellbath.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, a flat return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
